She is a Keynote Speaker, Trainer and Transformational Coach. She is recognized as the catalyst of change and awarded as “Asia’s most talented Coaching Leader “by the World HR Congress. She brings along the decade of experience in studying and training human behaviour and neuro patterns that help to program our mind to excel in professional and personal life.
Rafiya helps organizations and individuals to build a positive and productive culture for employee engagement and peak performance. Rafiya is a licensed NLP master professional and trained by co-creator of NLP, Dr Richard Bandler from London.
Rafiya is a published author and has also been contributing to social causes on education for the underprivileged to create strong roots and nurture future leaders. Previously, Rafiya has worked in Aeronautics and IT fields with a degree in Engineering.
